Attached is an announcement from 9/15 regarding our engagement of Kfw which indicates that we started talking to them 10 years ago this month. I guess the easy view point of this would be “10yrs!! What is going on. Why so long?” but I would argue that it is positive that after 10yrs Kfw is still there with us. They have had ample time to drop us if they thought it wasn’t going to happen. It’s still frustrating though that these things take so long. No wonder so many projects go broke before they can get to the finish line.
