May I ask, in the instance of another downgrade or delay, how do you expect PEN to fund itself through to revenues let alone fulfill their contractual obligations to supply without having to buy on the spot with no money? I don’t see this as buy time. Far from it. These issues need to be addressed before I would entertain buying back in.
