Could you please let us know the time frame from having a patient start and pass the recruitment process for the trial, to having bloods taken, have the blood shipped to a place where the T cells are super charged to become the CarT treatment. Then ship the blood back, book in, and dose applied to arm?
After initial patients are dosed in the phase 1 trial, how long do they need to wait before the next patient is dosed? How many patients does this apply to? Does this have any flow on to taking blood and starting the CarT drug transformation of the nextbpatient at all?
Thanks for that. This will be a huge help in understanding if any of that is why these trials aren't progressing as fast as you want them to.
