biggest issue in my opinion was withdrawal from TGA application and that decision was made under Nigel leadership. You and others that time said it was good to withdraw as most probably TGA going to say no to it. I now believe that they should have allowed TGA to make determination on the application and provide clear reason for rejection. share price today proves that withdrawal didn't help share price movement in long-term either.

today you have no patent based on other hotcopper user claim (i stopped tracking this one now) and bigger player wanted product with longer patent duration so forget about something without patent. applying for patent is different to holding patent.
they could have stopped everything after the TGA response (if it was rejected) and gave licence back to the US company who gave them licence in first place or ask that US company to pay for all development in exchange of shares in OSL. That US company used to listed on ASX so they know how ASX works as well. at the moment the Us company holds the licence and pays no cost for development while retains the right on the licence.. ! if there is change in the agreement between US company that gives licence to OSL then let me know as i haven't checked last annual report.
