PEN didn’t buy on the spot a few years back because their customers stood by their plan to build a finishing plant and resume deliveries Q1 25. I’m not so sure they will be so loyal anymore. Suspect they will be in breach of multiple contracts if they don’t supply and that can only be done by buying or orchestrating a loan deal with a competitor. It’s just an all round nasty situation now.
