Perfect rational in regards to probability and chance would value the share price after approval at $4.51.
This is considering the revised SOI of 2.28*10^9 and the 50% prediction. As we know, the world does not act in this way. I also know it sounds absurd.
If you trust the mathematics however (assuming their predictions to be accurate), it would be a reasonable buying opportunity anything <$4.51 SP (after approval)
