From my sources I found out that an insto who had 1.5 million shares in NEU had been selling down and now has completely sold out.No doubt the shorters have enjoyed the sell down .The stock price is now up $2.62 from the bottom and from my view of the charts the stock downtrend has finished and it looks like a nice uptrend has started .The shorters are short over 7.1 million shares in NEU and I think they will need to start covering their position shortly .
