just use net Revenue ..do not confuse Gross and Net..just simply aud 700 Net Revenue per bottle...
Finally , valuation is not on what you will achieve at month 12..( like you presented) ..market is forward looking..and so try to project at least next 12 month Revenue ..and apply 10x on this number...
