    i dont think so.... I take it as they need more cash to order & therefore need the PPSA so they can get a JV partner then order (and pay for) the balance of long lead items. With all of this yet to happen plus the service company taking 90 days to mobilise, the window to drill in H2 2025 is closing fast considering what needs to happen first.
