Reconstructions are only of any benefit to shareholders when the company is in business, producing and at the dividend stage.
Dad had a heap of shares in a mining hopeful, which he bought for 4 cents. Well they had a one for ten and they were shown on the board for 40 cents for a few minutes only. To make a long story short within one week they were back to 4 cents. Dad lost 90% of his investment in record time.
Most reconstructions in mining hopefuls finish the exact same way.
Going out with a mining man tonight and will quiz him on his thoughts on Q M N.
