The new ( female) ceo of NBN ( after many years of a solid male ceo who renewed ct reliably every year) is idiotically trying to prove herself by upsetting the apple cart & seeking other tenders, as if NBN can do better than keeping experienced BSA. Their loss. BSA has lots going for it n sp is still so low it looks like a good time to grab a bit.
