Did he mention any flow changes, improvement or decline? At only 400bopd (+/_) it will take months to fill up even small tanker. To fill up 12,000-ton tanker it will take approximately 85000 barrels and, at this rate, roughly 5 months, including previous inventory. Still, better than nothing.......I think.
