Zip has already said in this announcement that it "intends to apply for special leave to appeal decision".
This has to be lodged within 28 days and Zip has already announced this in THIS announcement: "intends to apply..". It's already DONE.
That's it for now. You will not hear another thing about this trademark stuff for over 6 months, as it will take AT LEAST that long for a decision.
