I have been trying to figure out what volume of Dy and Tb the Lamp Would produce. Early in the CC Q&A The question was asked directly and clearly how much heavies would be produced at Lamp. Unfortunately, the questioner went on to ask two additional questions. AL cheerfully said let me start with the last question. Then rambled on several things. She never even gave a hint of what volumes we might expect at full capability and how long that would take.

Am I the only person here that thinks how much they can make a year from now is very important? I have two possible explanations. She has been burnt so many times by her volume forecast she does not trust the estimates from her staff. The volume is so small that even with the high price for these elements the impact on bottom line is small. They are now starting to test. Maybe, early samples in 2 months. Why can't we at least get a ballpark number of what they think they will be making in a year.

She talked extensively about how high cost of construction and operation would be in Texas. We are yet again in a holding pattern waiting for approval to start construction. The FY Q3 date is now gone. We may also go into a holding pattern waiting for more funds from USG. If Expanding lamp is as easy as she said is it time to walk away from Texas and start Expanding Lamp? She said many times how the Malashia government are anxious to start the development of the ionic clays Why not do this? Would not some funding be available from Mal G, AUG. Japan or even USG.
She has never mentioned how much Thorium is in these clays we know how thorium is a very emotional issue in Malaysia. I understand how US want REE in country but the original completion date for Texas was late 2022 See pg. 28 of 2025 plan https://wcsecure.weblink.com.au/pdf/LYC/02107222.pdf
