You say this as though it's not a reason to run away. This is exactly the sort of (entirely valid) thing you might say if you were trying to warn people of the folly of investing in AGY.
Indeed, technical issues are more common than many here want to admit. Read back over your own posts over the years with super bullish, optimistic projections, and seeing that they've aged like an open bottle of milk shows you were very much included.
That's fine, we all make mistakes, but being able to acknowledge them, learn and grow is the important part.
...and yes, even companies with very deep pockets have trouble. A company like AGY with years of failure between multiple plants which is about to rattle the tin again because the pockets will otherwise run completely empty, is in a dramatically worse position.
'This game is very difficult and it's unrealistic to expect good results, far more realistic to expect delays even when a company is well-resourced and things are generally good, which isn't the case for AGY' is an entirely valid concern to point out but it's bizarre that you do it as a bull and dress it up as something other than a reason to look for the exit.
