I see both sides and yes USA isn't always right, but expansionist China isn't right either. If China wanted to take back Manchuria there wouldn't be a issue.That's China's land, building bases on the shoreline of the Philippines is just wrong and has nothing to do with defense.....a laughable excuse as are all the other impingements upon sovereign countries in the area. International Law says so.
