Unfortunately before the: ..."Immediate priorities for the Board and management have been to identify the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the integrated business"..., the immediate priorities for the Board have always been to be numerous and to obtain advantages (increase, etc...) for themselves before thinking about their primary task which is to preserve the interests of the shareholders who are also their bosses, they perhaps tend to forget it...!
