No not necessarily. In Aug 2022 (almost 2023) was when Tim was appointed CEO. From that point, a pivot was made to make sure that a high quality ore was to be produced at DRI grade. They needed to confirm this.
Tim has also been instrumental in getting the company in an excellent strategic position.
The pre-pfs spruiking and hype caused a lot of damage to the share price. It should never have been that high. Add in every man, women and their dog was investing in the ASX.
In the meantime we have had a few wars close to the EU and more in the middle east. Add in inflation that’s almost world wide.
I will not contemplate the value of MGT but I know one thing, management are doing a fantastic job. Gemma is exceptional and the advise that the board received will see MGT sign one of the first Japanese JV’s for our high quality steel in Aus.
