Revenue does not equate to profit, yet I hope it's not too bad here and I wouldn't think so as they'll be able to re-negotiate or even partially sell current contracts. Trouble is Wayne going - a widely respected expert in this type of mining and field, hence the enormous amounts of money raised in the last 12 months or so. If they re-negotiate contracts as a sell-on, I do wonder who would underwrite a SPP (for example only). This is an interesting case study as both equity and debt could work.

why would anyone buy their current contracts when they were written at around US$53 lb verses new term contracts that can be written at US$80 lb. Even without a contact producers can sell into the spot market at US$61 lb so as for their current contract they are worthless in my assessment
