    Great work as always Richard.

Apropos our pal Ruffy perhaps buying on market - I can’t say he won’t, but there are some very good reasons for him not to.

First, it’s in his interest for the market price to be as low as possible, be that upon delisting and/or upon his making a bid. That enables him to point to a larger % premium from last, for the same $ bid.

Secondly, to move to CA post a takeover, he needs to not only get to more than 90% of SOI, he also needs to have bought in the takeover at least 75% of the shares that he didn’t previously own. If he buys shares now, that makes it all the much harder to later clear that 75% threshold.

Thirdly the optics of him buying on market would be unhelpful to him - it will confirm that he sees value here and wants to accumulate more stock. (Though, that’s a small point, as I’d think every man and his dog already knows those things.)

Given these things, and the relatively small profit he would make from buying a few scrip scraps in the near term, I would wager he’ll stay on the sidelines,
