Silver consumption will always be a thing, whether China is using it, or India is using it, someone will still be pumping out goods.
Add to that according to resources they have been using more than they mine for the last five years, silver demand will continue.
Not sure about gold... Trump is doing something with all the gold they just imported, so if it does go down I wouldn't expect much. Couple of hundred maybe? My concern would be dragging silver with it.
