Looks like we might finally have someone leading that intimately understands the market dynamics and manufacturing processes within the battery industry. Also seems to understand one of the main customers the company has at present is still shareholders.
Bit of back to the future going back to Conor’s strategy of seeking out the chemical companies and material suppliers, good to hear this is being done. This should be the right path for Anteo X to become a big part of the leading battery binder formulations. A bit like Serum Institute finding other uses aside from vaccine quality control this should also open the door to other binder uses outside of silicon anodes in the future.
Serum Institute visiting next month is an interesting prospect they appear to have subsidiaries already setup for lateral flow test development, also have the size, network and reach to do it at a big scale, this may end up being a pretty good partnership.
Overall given Merrill has had a week in the role it was a pretty decent honest appraisal of where things are at currently. Expect the board will move swiftly on reviews and update market accordingly.
