The interim analysis was always expected to be after the expiry date of the options.
I sold $75K in PAR shares @ 50c to buy $42K in PAROA @ 15c, which means if by February 2026 PAR's share price is below 22c or above ~76c (assuming σ_PBO=100%), I'll be better off than if I'd held onto my PAR shares.
Unlike you I don't believe there is a "well over 50% chance" that the share price will be under ~60c in February 2026...
I don't understand why you, Gan_Gans, and m9 remain PAR shareholders when you think PAR have almost no chance of doing a deal. Do you really think that PAR can fund the trial through to Interim Analysis by doing capital raises at sub 20c? Even issuing 100M shares at 20c will only raise A$20M.
