I thought id see the HC views on the recent announcements. Nice to see the usual bid / offer ! FWIW my uninformed views below
+ thought the Qtrly cash flow statement read well, showed signs of confidence and had some clues in there as to the path fwd (I'm already looking forward to interim in 12-15 months) + re the announcement re 15% / shares etc., I trust the company knows what they are doing and there is a reason they have sequenced it this way. To my mind there are only 3 potential scenarios - - they have no idea what they are doing - they are lining up for a CR which will hurt - funding is done and the funding partner is taking equity as a pre requisite for the deal and they need to do this first.
If you think one of the first 2, hit the bid. I personally am buying today. Feels like we are very close to funding and starting US dosing.
There is of course a possibility they dont have things sorted, i dont know either way, but i cant see why they would do this unless they had a high degree of confidence.
lets hope that as shareholders in 1-6 weeks we are in a far more positive place
