I am NOT surprised about Beacon's slow progress with Timor- remember a major holder (AS well as a Beacon Director) are currently accumulating stock and would much prefer to keep things as quiet as possible (for now).
It isn't very hard NOT to do things quickly and that is exactly what might be happening here- time will tell!
