re: any new rumours about? certainly does pave the way for all comers. BHP and Rio aren't going to let this pass without a fling. You only have to look at the price to earnings ratios of the three to see what they might be prepared to offer.

And the growth profile of WMR with it's assets tells a beautiful story. I'd be very surprise if WMR goes for less than $10.
