First line is the volume for the corresponding period, second is the percentage of total shares on issue (using 1,244,439,464) and the last is the percentage of shares accumulated by the top20 (1.695%) with respect to the volume of the period.
So depending on how long it takes a trade to appear on the registry will be the relevant time period. Pretty substantial any way you look at it really.

Big boys are still buying strongly. Hunches about the decree are clearly none of their concern. The big picture hasn't changed.
