Guys a release of the DFS before the agm is no problem.
My best guess is though that they’d release it the day before the AGM.

if it’s released way before the agm, it won’t move the sp because the funding is still unresolved

This is so funny but it’s not funny. we were $1 and they’d have to push down the sp to make it look like their PF look okay.

it’s more likely

the sp under pressure and will continue to dip to 70’s
the DFS will be released a day before the AGM
Their minions support their PF
They get the funding at whatever price less 15% discount - cannacord and blue ocean will be very happy again

they then pump the valuation to $1.50

behind’s the scenes trying to get a buyer

sell at whatever price the major holders support

Ron and mark will then retire in larvotto beach, monaco


so bottom line is - that this project may present another opportunity for a bargain before things such as funding etc get clarity


Best always keep some money to take advantage of the situation
