    Thanks CB.
    I thought it was an excellent quarterly with a lot to unpack.

    Here, I liked the reminder/restatement that the VFB technology project Lumina remains on track to be financial investment ready by Q3 CY2025.
    By my count - with May 1 tomorrow - that means within the next eight weeks!

    And that count gets added to all the (much-demonstrated) government interest and reiteration of hip pocket comments …
    “..Importantly, cost estimates continue to support a 100MW/800MWh VFB BESS with a LCOS that would be competitive with the LCOS of similar capacity lithium-ion BESS products currently in the market.” ..
    Then I’ve decided I’m still feeling enthusiastic about the near term here.
    (… cos as well as equal pricing, the VFBs last longer, don’t catch fire …etc etc …..even because they are ‘novel’ {Li-ion batteries are just ‘so yesterday’ after all?})

    I liked the recent “two formal expressions of interest to supply and install a total of more than 1.2 GWh of storage” too, and the fact that up at Gbanintha they have crews designing the roads and all that other stuff
    ….. I liked it because it’s all reassuringly progressive.

    The Tenindewa stuff didn’t grab me so much.
    That bit you mentioned @ChemicalBirch about how baseline environmental studies around the processing plant at Tenindewa ‘also advanced during the quarter’ with them starting at least a year of noise and air quality monitoring. …
    I didn’t notice any further explanation of WHEN the year of study commenced, or why they are analysing noise and air (for subsequent comparison I guess), but I figure that the processing plant isn’t even going to be near starting construction until well into CY2026.
    Maybe that still fits in, time-wise, with Roger Cook’s comments about vanadium being mined for the Kalgoorlie battery from South of Meekatharra by 2027 ?
    … But it still made me think that no FID on the mine can be made until a lot more messing around is done to give certainty on the processing side of things.

    And I’m curious;

    About the price of shares herein the next few weeks in relation to the timing;
    -of the Lumina FID
    -a capital raise?
    - and maybe a share consolidation?

    … And about what others here think, or liked, or didn’t like ?

    cheers
