regarding revenue, Paid per listing classifieds business models may not see out the next decade (or less) with AI.
I have avoided REA for the last several years, for exactly this reason. So far, I have missed out on some huge share price gains. But eventually I am pretty sure it will be doomed
Exorbitant fees and a $32 billion market cap won't last forever
