However, while we were not yet aware of the gift of 64 (!) million shares that Mr. Tonkin and his team gave themselves, your response to TazD was prescient: ..."the immediate priorities for the Board have always been to be numerous and to obtain advantages (increase, etc...) for themselves before thinking about their primary task which is to preserve the interests of the shareholders"... Well, it's also true that given Mr. Tonkin's background, it wasn't that difficult to guess !
