Ok, since everyone has seen the elephant in the room as has the market (which has reacted accordingly), how many shares will they issues and at what price. Last time they smashed out 100 million and was supported by directors and tribeca.
Market cap now stands at $10 million.
So 200 million @ 2 cents to raise $4 million????????????
Lets see if they get the same really really supportive brokers to run the CR............................
