Okay lets see if the pattern continues, WM purchased 30000 shares on the 8/02/2011. Then 3 days later on the 11/02/2011 he purchased another 13000. Now besides the fact that I believe that the combined numerical value of the recent purchases is code for 3+1.3 = 4.3% grade; what will be interesting is if we see another purchase by WM on the 16/02/2011.
If we do then no announcements for at least another 3 days as per cl 3.5 but if we dont then maybe we will have our bulk testing announcement out early next week.
