One poster has been lambasting the BOD for favouring short sellers with every capital raise. But now the BOD are delaying FID yet again because all of a sudden they have shareholder interests at heart.
What you outlined above would suggest SH dilution would be minimal without a JV partner.
It makes no sense whatsoever.
This is typical company sympathiser syndrome.
My take is the company is having difficulties securing offtake/equity on terms that are viable for the business.
