Good points I hadn’t considered. Not sure the board would want the company to be taken over at this point.
I was thinking more so a share based payment acquisition to build scale and synergies. I know the dilution would suck but something needs to change. Issue is a few years ago Swoop were looking like they could be a solid competitor in the industry with growth through acquisition but they’re just too small and aren’t growing fast enough organically to be considered a serious challenger brand.
