IMO, the reason for raising the bare minimum could be that MEM know they have a non-dilutive funding deal coming together...or that MEM know that they have some other sort of strategic deal on the horizon which would prevent them from raising too much via a capital raise (meaning that MEM only raised the bare minimum to get them to the strategic deal on the horizon).

This is s direct quote from the Q: "CEO Dr. David Ali emphasised the importance of maintaining funding flexibility, stating the Company would
continue to explore non-dilutive funding options to accelerate product rollout."

Now let's put the chart and these technical indicators together in one post.

My take on the weekly chart as per below:

- double bottom forming on price action.

- increase in trading volume

- bullish divergence on the RSI

- RSI trending upwards, has crossed the zero line, is currently in a pull back and is likely to cross the zero line again.

- MACD trending upwards, has crossed the zero line, is currently in a pull back, and is likely to cross the zero line again.

IMO, the weekly chart is showing the beginning signs of bullish price action and could be in the beginning stages of forming a new sustained uptrend.

Weekly Relative Strength Indicator (RSI) is in a clear uptrend and the RSI moving average has just broken the RSI 50 mark.

We have now dipped below RSI 50, but a pull back is often normal market structure before the uptrend resumes.

The RSI is also looking bullish on the weekly chart IMO.

IMO, the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) on the weekly is showing weakening bearish momentum...........and a potential shift to a new bullish trend is developing as it approaches to the zero line. The trend has developed over notable time, and IMO is likely to continue.

IMO, the fundamentals are also showing potential bullish signs.....considering the recent "best in class" clinical trial results and all the potential strategic partnerships which are in development.

IMO, if MEM can continue on current track......then we could see the development of a sustained uptrend with this recent double bottom (as per above attached post) being our trend reversal point in price action.
