I don't think it really matters to the big boys how shoddy the presentation is - once they see the size of the acreage and the potential recoverable hydrocarbons they will sit up and, at the very least, pay attention.

For a smaller player they would definitely care about the presentation itself because they'll have to work with CTP and they'll have limited resources. But a major or supermajor oil company would probably be looking to either buy out CTP or at the very least take over as operator and start running the show themselves.

Which is just as well, because I shudder to think what would happen if CTP tried to run it themselves after the last disastrous drilling campaign. Four months late, three times overbudget and the rig burned down, most likely.
