Yep its been a slow burn for sure. But 4 years puts us back to May 2021..So maybe 3 and a little.
My humble view is that it takes a lot of time to build a new mine operation from scratch. In Cuba apparently even harder. Yes I am also finding the wait frustrating and difficult...stale bull springs to mind!
So the question remains and I am deliberate going to say can the "team" and not AP, deliver this project in Cuba?
Can they actually do it? I reckon they can. Have a think about the all pieces they have put in place...All that is missing is a significant oil flow and we know the oil is there and shallow. They will get more out and quicker. It will happen sooner than we all think and once they do its on!
Do you think potential finance is not licking its lips and just waiting on the side lines? Seriously..Cap raise, Nah Andrew Purcell for a start does not want to be diluted and he has so many options with such a big asset..
Made my case clear over a long time and on record. If i am wrong well..its ok and will continue to happily drive my Suzuki Vitara and keep working for the man.
