The whole “there’s probably not even enough for one battery” line is laughable. The court doesn’t care what some random punter *thinks* is economically viable. If they dig it up, they’re on the hook. If Auric had any real confidence there was nothing there, they’d welcome the court process, show the data, and end it. But they haven’t.
