H3 is found in nearly ALL helium reservoirs. But it simply cannot be be harvested because it is so diluted. The only way to harvest useful quantities of H3 is to make it.
This bloke’s whole investment thesis is based on a clumsily worded item on a stock newspage. The author was referring to the fact that heliumndiscoveries are rare. The author was NOT referring to a discovery of H3.
