I don't know how the deal is going through without Betr.
They have good interest in PBH to fail the deal and on top they can use that 130 million dollars leverage to keep on buying pbh shares on market for 20% cheaper on market.
There is chance of bidding war here, if MIKI is really interested in PBH as well which can make Betr deal becoming expensive here. I assume looking at $40 million synergies projected by Betr they will chase PBH at least up to 1.5.
Looks like PBH is in driving seat as long as they can create competition here.
