    Listen to the NAOS quarterly presentation.
    They basically said the only value BSA has is in their franking credits & tax losses.
    And this is the company that bailed them out last time.

    So operationally there's nothing left to the BSA business & it's reliant on a reverse takeover to utilise the tax assets.
