From Monday the former DEG shares are then NST shares. Giving GOR around a 4-5% stake in NST.
I dont think GOR or GF have any interest in owning 5% of NST so NST buying out GOR is like a share buy back plus Gruyere.
NST taking on GOR while swallowing DEG is a big bite but at least GOR is in production.
