re: Ann: Replacement Bidder's Statement -... Elguido, it would appear so. There really isn't anything different in the bidder statements that I could see other than tons of spelling mistakes and a few odd statements here and there. I would say AHR has another 14 days from today to make a statement/reply about the bid. Not really sure and a phone call would help clarify what happened and time frames. The odd part is why did it take them three different statements today to get it right, very weird and obviously a very poor lawyer was hired by the Chinese, IMO, then again could be the language barrier and going back and forth. Looks like their 28c bid still stands, would have thought with conversations taking place it would have come up to at least the 40c range.
