to me it seems that NST is just shoring up the land.

Its interesting how the deal is structured. there is no time frame on when production must start, meaning Sip Resources may not get any royalty payments for years, depending what NST decides to do. NST has out-layed NOTHING for this tenement and has yet to waste any resources/money on it.

very clever strategy imho.

for me Paulsens - Voyager 2 is where it is at in the short-term. imo i think its still significantly undervalued and will be a good money spinner to fund further exploration. i think their near-term exploration focus is their Cheroona tenement that has mega potential.
