I think we are all being played as LRV nears the DFS & as we have slowly moved through the past 2-3 months some become fragile. On days like yesterday some are pushed over the edge and they unfortunately sell.
IMHO those with a love / hate / love / hate view of LRV add NO value whatsoever ... its tramp & dump and buy.
IF you look at PPTA its shareholders are all close to DT & you will find John Paulsen, (35%), SPROTT at 4% & BLACK ROCK and KOPERNICK at ~ 3% each.
WHO is lending PPTA some USD 1.8B to be USD 2.4B its EXIM BANK the USA government for what is essentially a 450k ounce gold mine that may produce ~ 35% of the USAs antimony needs for no more than 5-6 years from 2030.
PPTAs shareholders have the capacity to cut USD billion cheques and a USD 2.4B check for LRV will return 400% or better because the gold produced delivers a $90m surplus each year at $5k per.ounce after all costs and antimony is free of cost.
LRV is at at least 3-4 years ahead of PPTA in delivering antimony & with a capital spend of say $100m/USD 65m then WHY THE PANIC ... a DFS is about to be delivered and gold & antimony revenues banked in Q1 in 2026.
SO what happens when gold is USD 5,000 per ounce (as PAULSON predicts) & USD/AUD is 65c then it's AUD 7,700 per ounce ($90m surplus becomes a $200m suplus ...
Yes 41,000 × $7,700 = $316m less AISC $116m is $200m & then add 5400tpa of antimony at USD 60kpt/$60kpt or better ... bonanza
LRV has a target on it's back & simply saying patience is required.
Hopefully LRV gets it's DFS finalised and delivered asap.
Then we will see what's going on as those in the shadows might appear ...
