you really don't have a clue do you if you have a deep water fjord all the way to the orebody so you have about 100m adjoining a flat coast there is no dredging ,only a floating dock etc therefore port cost are much less. as for the rest clearly you are not reading the announcements of the company .
as for etm i can remember a statement made by your then company chairman at an international rare earth conference that they would be producing 35,000 tons of ree with in two years and that was 17 years ago .
now tanbrez has permission to mine which it got 10 years after it completed the white paper/book , the etm white book /paper has not yet been approved so does that mean you are at least a decade away
