Tim is frustrated, WTF!!!! Yep, remuneration significantly increasing each and every year and free shares flowing year after year, must be hard for him and his mate, who between them earn well over a $ 1+mil/yr, imo!!!!! Don't know how they cope!!!

Whilst frustrated, sees fit to issue himself and mate free performance shares, seriously, WTF imo... How detached from IXR and SH's reality are this highly remunerated team at IXR imo....
Performanceof what exactly???? Yep, key word is "performance" from all this below, hate to see what underperformance looks like, it's just unbelievable and stinks imo....
All I see is delays, delays, delays, mine site going nowhere and will it ever become a mine site?, remuneration costs increasing yearly, collapsing SP 8.9c to 0.006c in 3 yrs, massive pay out to ex-director they employed, Scoping Study timing and presentation was an utter disgrace, terrible and constant Placement/CR timing and at lowest possible SP during every time, SP performance collapse, etc etc etc could fill this page IMO with nothing but "underperformance"
IXR B&M have to "immediately retract and remove those 2 resolutions rewarding themselves free performance shares" and now imo...
I encourage every SH to send a # you message and "VOTE AGAINST these resolutions"
