"So you are saying your eyesight is better'n mine? When you see insult - It is there. When I see insult I'm imagining it."

Funny how you see anything that doesn't agree with you as disrespect.

"It is better to be a Bear now as prices are about to crash. The Bears will then be positioned to become Bulls in the next cycle. "

Really depends on you investment time frame. By most of the comments on this forum the majority of the bears appear to be shorter term traders whereas those with bullish sentiments are long term holders with views of holding for decades. When you hold longer term short term price movements are not really that relevant.

"Today, I think you do a disservice by pumping your favourite investment. Novices may even believe you. LOL"

That is a laughable comment as the majority of bullish posters here do not try to convince you to buy property or try to sell you property all we do primarily is tell you that there are opportunities out there for those that look. Not all property is as expensive as you make out. If you guys concentrated your comments on specific areas saying why it is under-priced or over-priced then most probably wouldn't have a problem with your comments - they may have a different opinion which could be debated. However instead all we get is this broad based comments primarily about the whole market which is rarely accurate at an area level.
