shoot me down if you will but I don't think that there is anything small shareholders can do to influence the way management behaves and acts.
making noises on forums such as this and 'over there', threatening legal action ( which they know is simply a hollow threat) will make no difference to management's actions. All that it does is put people off investing in the company and holding down the sp.
and despite what you may think I do have significant concerns with what management are doing (or more to the point what they're not doing).
so small shareholders have to ask themselves - do they hang in there and hope that things will turn out ok in the end or do they sell out now
I've chosen to remain a shareholder but others have to make their own decision.
and yes, I do think that management want to hold down the share price until after the options have expired by deliberately not releasing any information until later in the year.
